Shipping and Order Tracking

At Hologramme, all orders are shipped via our carriers (GLS, DPD, and Chronopost) from Aubervilliers.

We always suggest and use the carrier with the lowest rates unless explicitly specified by you. Your packages leave our stores as soon as your payment is received. The usual delivery time is 2 business days in France and 5 business days in Europe.

If you wish to receive the tracking codes for your packages, please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email.

We will then send you the Track & Trace details for your packages.
