Product Maintenance and Customer Service
At Hologramme, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
The only exceptions are product defects, which must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you are in this situation, I invite you to contact us as soon as possible by sending photos of the affected products by email to order@hologrammeparis.com. We will then do what is necessary to resolve the issue.
Any issues reported after this 48-hour period will not be taken into account.
